A huge current of love is coming onto the planet from above today. Actually, it always is, it just feels extra juicy today. Use this sweet, rich energy to locate yourself from a place of love instead of drama / trauma. As we let go of the old wounds there is a strange phenomenon that happens. The question that arises is, "Who are we without the old wounds?" So often when we think of ourselves we think from a place of limitation, from the old pains or traumas.

The last two months have held a huge "clearing" energy. This clearing has been dissolving the old traumas. When they are no longer energetically there and the spiritual lessons have been activated we then find ourselves no longer being able to reference point ourselves from the place of the old pains, and can almost feel lost without the old hurts.

Locate yourself from the place of love instead of the old pain.

Take a few deep breaths, close your eyes, and place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth.

Locate all reference points for yourself that you have on the past old traumas.
